Olive oil, honey and cinnamon cake
Ingredients
- 220 g of flour
- 200 g of yellow sugar
- 100 g of crushed nuts
- 6 eggs
- 1.2 dl milk
- 0.5 dl olive oil
- 4 tablespoons of honey
- 1 table spoon of baking yeast
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
- Oil for greasing
- Flour for sprinkling
Preparation
- Whip the eggs with the sugar, until a soft dough is obtained;
- Add the oil and milk, wrapping well. Sift the flour with the yeast and cinnamon, gently wrapping until well connected;
- Add the nuts and honey and wrap;
- Grease a pan with olive oil, sprinkle with flour and pour the dough;
- Place in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 35 minutes.
