Olive oil, honey and cinnamon cake Ingredients 220 g of flour 200 g of yellow sugar 100 g of crushed nuts 6 eggs 1.2 dl milk 0.5 dl olive oil 4 tablespoons of honey 1 table spoon of baking yeast 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder Oil for greasing Flour for sprinkling Preparation Whip the eggs with the sugar, until a soft dough is obtained; Add the oil and milk, wrapping well. Sift the flour with the yeast and cinnamon, gently wrapping until well connected; Add the nuts and honey and wrap; Grease a pan with olive oil, sprinkle with flour and pour the dough; Place in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 35 minutes.
