Ingredients
- 2 kg of live soft limpets with moss
- 1 large onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 dl of olive oil
- 1 sweet or spicy Dona Pimentinha red pepper
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
- Wash the limpets;
- Chop onion and garlic and pass through olive oil, without browning;
- Add red pepper and chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper;
- Put the limpets on and let them cook quickly (do not let them cook for a long time, as they can get hard);
- Shake the pan, without stirring with the spoon;
- Ajust the seasonings to your preference.
