Ingredients
- 300 g of flour
- 240 g of yellow sugar
- 130 g of honey
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of yeast
- Margarine for anointing
- Flour for sprinkling
Preparation
- Pour the yellow sugar in a bowl, add eggs and honey, whiping well until you get a
homogeneous mixture; - Add the yeast and flour gradually, kneading until it becomes a ball;
- Shape balls with the dough, sprinkling with flour if necessary;
- Place in trays greased with margarine and sprinkled with flour;
- Place in a preheated oven at 180ºC, for approximately 20 minutes or until they are
well cooked and golden; - Remove from the oven and take off immediately with a spatula, allowing them to
cool.
