Ingredients 300 g of flour 240 g of yellow sugar 130 g of honey 4 eggs 1 teaspoon of yeast Margarine for anointing Flour for sprinkling Preparation Pour the yellow sugar in a bowl, add eggs and honey, whiping well until you get a homogeneous mixture; Add the yeast and flour gradually, kneading until it becomes a ball; Shape balls with the dough, sprinkling with flour if necessary; Place in trays greased with margarine and sprinkled with flour; Place in a preheated oven at 180ºC, for approximately 20 minutes or until they are well cooked and golden; Remove from the oven and take off immediately with a spatula, allowing them to cool.
