Honey and jam flan

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of coconut milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon of powdered gelatin
  • 1 and 1/2 tablespoon of Quintal dos Açores honey
  • Any Quintal dos Açores jelly of your choice
  • 2 cups of strawberries
  • 1/4 cup of apple juice

Preparation

  1. Whip the coconut milk, vanilla extract and gelatin;
  2. Move to a pan and stir until boiling;
  3. Wait for it to cool a little and add the honey;
  4. Distribute in 4 cups. To make the diagonal, place them at an angle, supported in another container. Freeze for 1 hour or until hard;
  5. Quintal dos Açores jelly of your choice;
  6. Chop the strawberries, add the apple juice and bring to a low heat. After being soft, knead with a fork to obtain the desired texture;
  7. Let cool and fill the cups;
  8. Serve chilled.
