Creme delight with physalis jam




  1. In the pan, place the condensed milk together with the milk, the cream, the egg yolks and the corn starch;
  2. Mix everything very well with the help of a fouet;
  3. Cook everything over low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens and forms a homogeneous cream;
  4. Refrigerate for 20 minutes;
  5. After that time, place a portion of physalis jam in the bottom of a bowl and cover with the cream;
  6. Serve chilled
