Ingredients
- 400 ml of milk
- 1 package of condensed milk
- 1 package of milk cream
- 1 tablespoon of corn starch
- 3 egg yolks
- Quintal dos Açores Physalis Jam
Preparation
- In the pan, place the condensed milk together with the milk, the cream, the egg yolks and the corn starch;
- Mix everything very well with the help of a fouet;
- Cook everything over low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens and forms a homogeneous cream;
- Refrigerate for 20 minutes;
- After that time, place a portion of physalis jam in the bottom of a bowl and cover with the cream;
- Serve chilled
