Camembert puffs with Apple Jam


  • 1 refrigerated puff pastry roll
  • 1 camembert cheese (250g)
  • Apple Jam (q.s.)
  • Egg yolk for brushing
  • Sesame seeds q.s. (optional)


  1. Cut the puff pastry into strips about 4 cm wide and 12 cm long;
  2. Cut the cheese into pieces;
  3. At the end of each strand of the puff pastry put a piece of cheese and a little jam;
  4. Wrap in the puff pastry strip, rolling it so that it is tightly closed. Repeat until all ingredients are used up;
  5. Place the puffs on a tray lined with parchment paper and brush them with the mixed egg yolk;
  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in a hot oven (200ºC) until the dough is cooked and well puffed;
  7. Serve warm or at room temperature;
