Camembert puffs with Apple Jam Ingredients 1 refrigerated puff pastry roll 1 camembert cheese (250g) Apple Jam (q.s.) Egg yolk for brushing Sesame seeds q.s. (optional) Preparation Cut the puff pastry into strips about 4 cm wide and 12 cm long; Cut the cheese into pieces; At the end of each strand of the puff pastry put a piece of cheese and a little jam; Wrap in the puff pastry strip, rolling it so that it is tightly closed. Repeat until all ingredients are used up; Place the puffs on a tray lined with parchment paper and brush them with the mixed egg yolk; Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in a hot oven (200ºC) until the dough is cooked and well puffed; Serve warm or at room temperature;
