Ingredients 700 gr of very fresh tuna 1 tablespoon of vinegar 1 bay leaf 1 bunch of parsley Dona Pimentinha Ground pepperDona Pimentinha chilli sauce5 cloves of garlic 1 teaspoon of toasted flour 2 dl of white wine Olive oil Preparation Cut the tuna into thin steaks and place them in a container; Add the chopped garlic, bay leaf, parsley, white wine, vinegar, pepper and chilli (piri-piri); Leave to marinate for about three hours; Remove the steaks, dry them on a cloth and fry them in oil; Add the marinade and the flour (undone in little water); Bring to a boil.
