Ingredients
- 400g of cod
- 8 potatoes / yam
- 2 dl of olive oil
For the sauce:
- 6 garlic cloves
- 2 Dona Pimentinha salted chili peppers
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons of vinegar
- 3 dl of olive oil
Preparation
- Cook (optional) the cod, then fry it in olive oil;
- Sauté the chopped garlic and pepper, with the oil and the tomato paste in a frying pan;
- Before cooling, add the vinegar. Cover the cod with this sauce, accompanied by potatoes or yams.
