Ingredients
- 700 gr of very fresh tuna
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 bunch of parsley
- Dona Pimentinha Ground pepper
- Dona Pimentinha chilli sauce
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of toasted flour
- 2 dl of white wine
- Olive oil
Preparation
- Cut the tuna into thin steaks and place them in a container;
- Add the chopped garlic, bay leaf, parsley, white wine, vinegar, pepper and chilli (piri-piri);
- Leave to marinate for about three hours;
- Remove the steaks, dry them on a cloth and fry them in oil;
- Add the marinade and the flour (undone in little water);
- Bring to a boil.
