Ingredients
- 1kg of blue Jack Mackerels (or small mackerel)
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Oil
- 2 eggs
- Cornflour
- 2 tablespoons of Dona Pimentinha Chilli pepper / ground pepper
- Salt
For the sauce:
- Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of Dona Pimentinha Chilli pepper / ground pepper
- 3 tablespoons of tomato pulp
- White wine
Preparation
- After the mackerels are cleaned, season with salt, pepper and garlic.
- Separate the yolk from the white of an egg and stir the yolk;
- Wrap the mackerels one by one, in the yolk and then in the flour. Fry the mackerels;
- For the sauce, place the garlic in the seasoning of the mackerels in a frying pan, 2 tablespoons of ground pepper, a drizzle of olive oil and the white wine;
- Wait for the sauce to finish;
- Serve the mackerels with the sauce and with boiled potatoes.
