Apple cake

Ingredients

  • 200g of sugar
  • 200g of flour with yeast
  • 80g of margarine
  • 4 eggs
  • Apples
  • Sugar and cinnamon to sprinkle
  • Apple jam

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius;
  2. In a bowl, beat the egg yolks with the sugar. Then add the melted margarine and beat again;Aside, beat the egg whites;
  3. Add, alternately, the egg whites and flour, and gently wrap;
  4. Grease a pan with margarine and sprinkle with flour, or line with parchment paper;
  5. Cut the apples into slices;
  6. Place a layer of apples, and a layer of dough, and then repeat the process by this order finishing with the apples, sprinkling them with sugar and cinnamon;
  7. Bake for approximately 40m;
  8. After leaving the oven, let it cool and add Apple jam to taste on the cake.
