Ingredients Medium size limpets ½ packet of butter with salt 1 head of garlic Dona Pimentinha hot pepper paste Preparation Place the limpets for a few hours in a container with water and salt, in order to remove the sand they may have; Chop the garlic cloves very fine/thin; Arrange the limpets on a grill with the shell down, so that the sauce does not spill; Pour a pinch of chopped garlic, a teaspoon of Dona Pimentinha hot pepper paste and a bit of butter on each limpet; Grill the limpets until they start to be released from the shells.
