Ingredients
- Medium size limpets
- ½ packet of butter with salt
- 1 head of garlic
- Dona Pimentinha hot pepper paste
Preparation
- Place the limpets for a few hours in a container with water and salt, in order to remove the sand they may have;
- Chop the garlic cloves very fine/thin;
- Arrange the limpets on a grill with the shell down, so that the sauce does not spill;
- Pour a pinch of chopped garlic, a teaspoon of Dona Pimentinha hot pepper paste and a bit of butter on each limpet;
- Grill the limpets until they start to be released from the shells.
